Clinical Lead Team

CAMHS Nurse  

The Lead person responsible for our Positive Behaviour Support plans; implementing the proactive, active and reactive support plans. As part of this I am responsible for the Co-ordination of our Wellbeing Leads within placement, delivering training and exploring compassionate and solution focused therapy with the practitioners and our young people. I also offer nursing clinical input over wound care and support around medication review.offering

Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner (MHWP)

I Am responsible for coordinating wellbeing across the company, from a staff perspective this includes our newsletter, noticeboards, regular placement input and working with our WLs. Coordinating wellbeing across the YPs includes weekly themes, targeted days, competitions, increased support across school holidays and leading on our group activities. I also offer direct specialised support for our YPs looking at solution focused therapeutic interventions as well as therapeutic life story work. I am also the lead contact for clinical input for education (liaise with tutors, EHCP, PEP etc)

Wellbeing Leads (WL)

Wellbeing Leads are a new role within the provision. Responsible for maintaining wellbeing within the setting as directed by CAMHs Nurse and MHWP. Planning/implementing theme of the week.Attending regular meetings with CAMHs Nurse/MHWP.

The biopsychosocial model of mental health recognizes that biological, psychological, and social factors all contribute to a person's well-being and the development of mental health issues. It emphasizes holistic treatment that addresses each aspect of a patient's life to provide comprehensive care.





Clinical Lead—

As Clinical Lead I am responsible for the oversight and overall management of clinical team and our input within the company. I am the lead clinical contact for LA and other stakeholders and am responsible for the assessment and induction of new placements.
